At a hotel in Fort Portal, where you will spend the night and have breakfast, the guide will come and pick you up from there, and you will head to Kibale National Park. Upon arrival, we head to the Kanyachu visitors centre for a briefing about chimpanzee trekking. You will be given an armed ranger guide to escort you, and then you will begin the chimpanzee trek. You will head to the forest to search for the chimpanzees, and you will spend about 2 to 4 hours searching for the chimpanzees. After locating them, you will spend an hour with them. You will have to observe how they feed, play and much more. You will then head back to the park headquarters for a short break to have lunch.
After lunch, you will head to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary to have a tour around this place. While at this place, you will have views of primates, birds and many more. The guide will then drive you back to Fort Portal town and leave you at a hotel, and that will be the end of the safari.
