Day 1: pickup & transfer to Bwindi national park
Day 2: Gorilla trekking
Day 3: Return to Kampala.
Day 1: pickup & transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park
Your first, you will be welcomed by our representative at the airport, brief you about the 3 days Bwindi safari, and start your journey to Bwindi, you will pass through Kampala city, have city tour drive, as you head to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park. You have stopover at the Equator along Masaka highway, you will be able observe the line that separates the Northern and southern hemisphere. You will continue to Mbarara town have lunch at Igongo culture center. After your lunch you will continue to kigezi region with the view of hills and land scapes of kigezi regions, the favorable weather condition in kigezi being the best weather to some international clients. You will arrive in the late evening, check in the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking
On your second day, you will wake up very early in the morning, after your breakfast, your guide/ driver will come and pick you up, and takes you to the headquarters for briefing, about the gorilla trekking rules, regulations and expectations, you will have your lunch packed, water because trekking takes time in the forest according to location of gorilla since they move from one place to another. After the briefing, you will be divided into two parts. After spotting the gorilla you will given one extra hour to be with them take enough picture and study them their behaviors. After you will return to lodge for relaxation and later in the evening you can have a community around the Batwa area, then come back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Return to Kampala.
On your last day of 3 days Bwindi safari, you will wake up very early in the morning, after you breakfast, check out of the park, and set off to your destination in Kampala, your guide will drop you at either at the hotel in Kampala or Entebbe international airport.
