7 Days Uganda Primates And Wildlife Safari
This is a 7 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari to Kibale National Park for a primate adventure and swamp walk at Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, and Queen Elizabeth National Park for a night game drive, morning game drive and a boat cruise. Lastly, the 7 days safari will also take you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for gorilla trekking and an optional visit to the Batwa community.

Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe Airport and transfer to Kibale National Park

Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe Airport and transfer to Kibale National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be briefed by our company representative guide that you will meet there, and then the guide will transfer you to Kibale National Park. You will have an en route lunch in Fort Portal town and also visit the Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru caves. You will then head to Kibale National Park. You will then check into a lodge once you arrive. You will relax, have dinner and then retire to bed.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and a visit to the Bigodi wetland sanctuary
Breakfast will be given to you at the lodge, and then you will go for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest. You will search for the Uganda chimpanzees in the forest and spot them after searching for them for about 30 minutes to 4 hours. You will only stay with them for one hour, and then the guide will take you back to the lodge.
You will have lunch at the lodge, and later, you will visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a swamp walk. You will have views of the ecosystems at these places, like the wildlife and the landscapes. The guide will then transfer you back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a night game drive
Breakfast will be given to you at the lodge, and after breakfast, you will check out. The guide will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive at the time of lunch, and you will check into a lodge and have lunch. You will then have some rest at the lodge. The guide will then take you for a briefing at the park headquarters in the evening.
You will go for a night game drive after the briefing. The night game drive will be held for about 3 hours, and you will spot lions, leopards, hyenas, civets and many more. The guide will take you back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Morning game drive and a boat cruise
Breakfast will be given to you at the lodge, and then you will go for a morning game drive after a briefing. The morning game drive will be done in the Kasenyi plains, where you will spot lions as you drive, as well as elephants, buffaloes, leopards, waterbucks and many more. The guide will take you back to rest at the lodge after the morning game drive. You will have lunch in the afternoon, and then you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel.
The afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel will reward you with views of water birds and aquatic animals. You will then be transferred back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Breakfast will be served at the lodge early in the morning, and then, after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge. The guide will transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will arrive and check into a lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will relax for a while, and then you will have an optional visit to the Batwa community. The guide will take you back to the lodge in the evening, and then you will have dinner. After dinner, you will retire to bed.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking
Early morning breakfast, and the guide will transfer you from the lodge to the park headquarters. You will be briefed, and then the guide will escort you to the forest for Uganda gorilla trekking. Once you spot the Uganda gorillas, you will spend one hour with the gorillas as you monitor how they feed and play, among other things. You will then go back to the lodge for lunch.
You will spend the afternoon at the lodge, and then you will have dinner in the evening. You will after retiring to bed.
Day 7: Depart for Entebbe Airport
After having breakfast at your pace at the lodge, you will head back to Entebbe airport. You will have an en route lunch in Mbarara town. You will get to Entebbe Airport in the evening, and you will catch a flight to your next destination.
